Project Manager/System Architect Manager/IT Consulting Manager 45K -70K - ERP
Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver the overall solutions regarding to technical architecture, physical architecture, system architecture, data architecture, business processes, security, scalability and performance;
• Define a clear technical infrastructure and roadmap for moving the new ERP systems from Development to Production as well as a smooth technical transition plan from legacy to new systems;
• Guide internal technical teams in delivering data migration, interface development, reports and system testing;
• Provide timely project communication and technical documentation in support of PMO office in managing all projects;
• Plan, monitor and quality check all technical deliverables for the system implementation and build up a strong technical team;
• Provides integrated systems planning and recommends new or different technologies which will enhance current systems and support overall corporate and business goals;
• Work at enterprise-level to review, recommend, approve changes to the IT architecture and infrastructure;
• Responsible and accountable for the Group's overall Enterprise Architecture;
• Act as a key role in managing all technical matters and quality assurance for the Group's IT solutions;
• Managing internal and external service providers to deliver best solutions to meet the Group's and stakeholders' requirements, includes technical architecture, systems architecture, data architecture, business processes, security, scalability, availability, capacity planning to meet the Group's compliance, information security and IT governance;
• Perform root cause analysis, hands-on technical troubleshooting and capable to provide timely resolutions to the incidents;
• Define and recommend technology roadmap to senior management and executive-levels, that fulfills the Group's requirements on IT compliance and IT governance;
• Communicate with PMO on project implementation and translate business requirements into IT solutions.
Requirements:
• University graduated with strong business sense and computing background
• Minimum of 5 years relevant project management experience with at least 3 years’ successful implementation of ERP or BI systems or Financial Package or heterogenous IT infrastructure
• Strong project management experience;
• keen interest in dealing with people for resolving their day to day operational issues using computer systems
• Ability to think abstractly and learn concepts quickly and completely
• Openness to change and ability to lead through change
• Demonstrate the ability to work with diverse users to identify key issues affecting the business
• Exhibit competence and influence when working with Project Team members


System Analyst -.NET , ERP
Responsibilities:
• To participate in the new ERP project replacing the old ERP running on UNIX with a new one on Microsoft.Net and Microsoft SQL database platforms;
• Act as a key system architect to work with software vendor on the data migration task and is able to plan and implement the detail activities required for Data Migration from the legacy systems to the new ERP;
• To ensure timely deliverables as per project plan and budget;
• To carry out requirement analysis, system design, documentation, hands-on application development and database schema design;
Job Requirements :
• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• Min of 3 years working experience at similar role in sizable company;
• Hands-on experience in:
o Programming –.NET 3.5 - (ASP.NET, AJAX, Compact Framework, VB.NET, C#.NET), PL-SQL & SP, T-SQL , JavaScript, XSL, VBA, DHTML, XML
o Database development - Microsoft SQL and Oracle;
o Software Tools - Visual Studio 2008, Microsoft SQL Server 2008, SQL Developer, other DB tools,
o Experience in data migration and ASP .Net development is compulsory
o PROGRESS programming is an advantage;



Application Development Lead / Manager
This is a leader position responsible for managing Application Development team in Asia Treasury Services Core Cash Technology group. This is also one of the key position to support rapid growth of our business in next few years.

Responsibilities
• Manage application development team to deliver technology investment projects following the firm's project life cycle
• Drive international rollout of applications to support other region's Payment and Collection products
• Partner with the business team in driving the build out of the platform
• Partner with various groups (Project Management Office, Architecture, Business Management Office, Quality Assurance, Production Support, Technology Infrastructure) in the delivery of projects and production support
• Drive technical application development excellence through adoption of firmwide and industry best practices.
• Drive application and technical architecture design decisions
• Drive and support efficiency and quality agenda for the team
• People management of the team comprising application developers and business analysts
• Provide coaching to team members in the support of their professional development
Qualifications
• At least 12 years of relevant experiences in the wholesale banking IT environment
• Exposure on developing Cash Management products in a similar global banking environment within Asia Pacific.
• Strong background on Java Object-Oriented Programming, J2EE, Oracle and Unix/Linux platforms
• Experience on Spring and Hibernate framework
• Project Management skills. PMI Certification or equivalent certification would be an advantage
• Experience on tools / processes for Application Development Efficiency improvement
• Technically hands-on and project delivery focus
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong English communication & presentation skills
• Strong coordination skills with multiple teams in a distributed environment across different locations / regions
• People management (both internal resource and external vendor resource) and mentoring experiences
• University degree, specialized training, or equivalent work experience







Project Manager
Responsibilities:
• Manage the BI System implementation project
• Responsible for the delivery of development and deployment projects on time and ensure quality of work
• Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to the project
• Provide solutions for business requirements, the appointee should be able to translate business needs into system requirements
• Coach and advise team members in meeting established schedules, and resolve technical and operational issues
• Ensure all works follow company’s established quality standards

Requirements:
• Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines; preferably with PMP certified profession
• A minimum of 10 years’ general IT experience, including 6 years’ solid and traceable project management experience in mission critical implementation projects with greater user handling skill is essential
• Extensive experience in handling changing business requirements and conditions against a pre-defined scope of work
• Detail-oriented business mind with broad understanding in retail related business domain
• Proficiency in BI Technology including Cognos, Oracle or SAS
• Capability of setting priorities efficiently and possess a strong desire to succeed and deliver results
• An effective team player, with the capability of working independently under high pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Flexibility, self-motivation and a hardworking attitude are important attributes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin preferred
